How do custom orders work?
Start by submitting a custom creation request with your idea, inspiration photos, colors, deadline, and any details you have. After reviewing your request, we will contact you with next steps.
What does Ohh So Craftee sell?
Ohh So Craftee offers personalized jewelry, charms, and custom graduation creations. The Blanks collection is being prepared and will be available later.
Are all products personalized?
Many products can be personalized. Each product page shows the selections available for that specific item.
How many characters can I use in a jewelry name?
Personalized jewelry name fields accept 1 to 12 characters. Spaces count toward the 12-character maximum.
What colors are available for personalized name jewelry?
The current Product Color choices are Gold and Silver.
What necklace sizes are available?
The current necklace size choices are 16 inch, 18 inch, and 20 inch.
What earring sizes are available?
Current choices are 10 mm — Child, 20 mm — Child, 40 mm — Medium, 60 mm — Large, and 100 mm — Extra Large.
What is included in the Custom Jewelry Set?
The set includes one custom name necklace and one pair of custom name earrings using the same name.
What are Lovers Earrings?
Lovers Earrings use two separate personalized names—one first name and one second name—on the pair.
What is the difference between Lovers Earrings and Custom Name Earrings?
Lovers Earrings use two separate names. Custom Name Earrings use one name for the personalized pair.
Will my finished jewelry look exactly like the live preview?
The live preview is for visualization purposes. Final sizing, spacing, and appearance may vary slightly.
How do custom graduation designs work?
Choose one of the designs shown on the product page or select Custom Design. Custom Design requires an inspiration file and additional information. Graduation Fans currently use the neutral labels Design 1, Design 2, and Design 3 until final design names are confirmed.
What can I upload for a custom graduation design?
The graduation product form accepts one JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF file up to 5 MB.
Can I upload inspiration photos for a custom request?
Yes. Inspiration photos, sketches, colors, logos, or examples help explain your vision.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes. Bulk orders are available for businesses, churches, schools, events, teams, parties, and special occasions. Include the item type, quantity, deadline, and details in your request.
Can I request something not listed on the website?
Yes. Use the custom request page to describe your idea. If it can be created, we will help guide the next steps.
When will the Blanks collection be available?
The Blanks collection is still being prepared. A launch date has not been announced.
